Built experience.
Selected experience in research, civic buildings, transit, and healthcare.

Biomedical and orthopaedic research facilities. Technically demanding spaces where laboratory systems, building infrastructure, and design details had to come together.

A civic project combining library spaces, public meeting facilities, a five-story parking structure, and major artworks. The work extended from building coordination to working directly with Shepard Fairey, Kenny Scharf, and RETNA.

Preconstruction for three underground stations. Constructability review, design coordination, and value engineering focused on resolving problems before construction.

Adaptive reuse of the former Martin Luther King Jr. Hospital into a 500,000-square-foot behavioral health center. Value engineering, constructability review, and budget and schedule optimization helped reduce project costs by $38 million.
